Chris Nallan joined the CBS 21 family in February 2014 as a meteorologist and reporter. Chris began his career in television as a weekend meteorologist and reporter at WICZ-TV in Binghamton, N.Y. He returned home to work for News 12 Long Island as a freelance meteorologist.
From blizzards to blistering heat, Chris took a big leap to Tucson, Ariz., where he worked for KVOA-TV as their morning meteorologist. After Arizona he drove 2,400 miles across country to News 12 Long Island to cover the devastating Hurricane Sandy. It wasn't long before CBS 21 called and offered an opportunity he couldn't miss.
Chris earned a B.S. in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Salisbury University in Salisbury, Md. Being just minutes from the ocean, Chris took full advantage of coastal living. Chris interned at WBOC-TV in Salisbury where he worked as a weather producer and honed his forecasting skills.
Other than forecasting central Pennsylvania weather and reporting on local issues, you can find him playing a round of golf during the warmer months, taking a hike on the Appalachian Trail, spending time with friends and family, or just simply taking in the sheer beauty of Pennsylvania. Not to forget he is also a die-hard Yankee fan. He lives in Harrisburg.
