Teacher's aide charged with sexual assault of juvenile in York
YORK COUNTY —
A York City teacher's aide is charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile at Ferguson Elementary School.
Jean Pierre Larue, 36, is charged with the following first degree felonies: Statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse on a person under age 16 and unlawful contact with a minor.
Police say on Dec. 3 the victim told detectives that Larue had vaginal and oral sex with her at his residence in the 1400 block of W. Market St. in West York Boro.
The victim said she was 13 when these acts started.
On that same day, detectives also interviewed Larue at police headquarters.
Larue admitted to sending the victim inappropriate text messages, including messages to perform oral sex on the victim, to touching the victim's genitalia, according to police.
The criminal complaint says Larue is also charged with aggravated indecent assault on a person under 16, intercourse/sexual contact with a student, corruption of a minor and indecent assault on a person under 16.
