Suspect wanted on homicide charges in York turns himself in

A man wanted by police on Homicide charges in connection to an April 15 shooting has turned himself into police.

According to York City Police, 28-year-old Brandon DeJesus, of York, Pa. turned himself into authorities Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.

He arrived at the station with his attorney and some faily members.

Police say he didn't make a statement and was transferred to central booking.

A warrant was issued for DeJesus's arrest after Luis Iona was shot and killed just before 12:30 a.m. on April 15 in the area of Duke and South Streets.

York City Police are still looking for Chayanne Ramirez as a second suspect in their Homicide investigation.
