Victims identified, motive still unknown in Cumberland County murder-suicide
CUMBERLAND COUNTY —
Police are investigating after a husband and wife were killed in an apparent murder-suicide in Cumberland County Sunday afternoon.
According to the Cumberland County Coroner's Office, 55-year-old James Grundon shot his wife Sue Grundon, 54, before taking his own life in a home on the 800 block of County Club Road in Camp Hill, Pa. around 4:45 p.m.
James Grundon was pronounced dead at the scene. Sue Grundon was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead, according to the coroner's office.
An autopsy is scheduled for Sue Grundon on July 17. The motive behind the incident is still unknown.
The Coroner's Office and the East Pennsboro Township Police are investigating the incident.
