A man was taken into custody Thursday for allegedly robbing a Sunbury Turkey Hill with a machete on the Fourth of July.

Officials say Nathan Neidig, 33, of Sunbury, told a clerk at the convenience store to "get back" from the register and smacked her on the hand with a large knife.

Neidig got away with around $100 and fled in a silver colored SUV driven by a female, according to the criminal complaint.

Court documents show that Neidig is also facing assault and robbery charges in Dauphin County.

Neidig is currently at the Dauphin County Prison unable to post bail.
