Man caught after 5-month long robbery, homicide investigation

After 5 months on the run, a Mount Pocono man was arrested in Pottstown Tuesday.

District Attorney Patrick Robinson says Kevin Jordan, 20, was involved in a home invasion robbery and homicide in Gouldsboro on December 8, 2017.

Joseph Stengline Sr. was allegedly beaten and stomped to death by Jordan and three other individuals in the home invasion.

The three other homicide defendants, Coneil “Murda” Moore, Lewis “Ricky” Tucker, and Darian Daniels have each had their preliminary hearings and have been bound over on all charges for trial.

The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force say they received information of Jordan being in the Pottstown area and took him into custody.

Robinson says all four individuals are facing charges of first degree murder, second degree murder, robbery, burglary, aggravated assault, simple assault, and conspiracy to commit each of those crimes.

Jordan was arraigned on all charges including homicide and is at the Wayne County Correctional Facility without bail.
