Part of PA Turnpike reopens after crash injures two
Lancaster County —
Dispatch confirms just before 6:30 pm on Friday they responded to a serious accident on the PA turnpike west and Seglock Road in Clay Township.
A vehicle hit a tractor trailer and two people are heavily trapped inside.
A helicopter has transported one person to the hospital. The other person was driven to Hershey Medical Center.
There is no word on severity of their injuries.
All lanes were closed in a portion of the turnpike from I-76 westbound between exit 226 to US 11 and I-81 and Exit 201 to Pa 997.
The scene is now cleared.
