One dead, another injured after two car crash in Dallastown
YORK COUNTY, Pa. —
One woman is dead an another injured after a crash on E. Main Street in Dallastown.
According to York Area Regional Police, a gray 2002 Ford Escape SUV with multiple passengers and operated by an adult woman was traveling east on E. Main St. on July 6 at approximately 10 a.m.
A silver 2007 Toyota Corolla operated by another woman pulled out from a driveway at 528 E. Main St. to make a left onto E. Main St. when it struck the driver's side door of the Escape.
The driver of the Escape was injured and the driver of the Corolla was pronounced dead at the scene by the York County Coroner, according to police.
According to the coroner's office the deceased driver was wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash.
The crash is under investigation.
There will be no autopsy, according to the coroner's office.
