Women at Work | Three Little Birds boutique

Each piece of clothing tells its own story, and at "Three Little Birds Boutique" "Margaret Miller" is the author.

In her store she hand picks every unique item, making her proof that you can do anything you set your mind to.

Not that that long ago, Margaret spent her days at home caring for three young children.

"And that's where I did the whole sweat your messy bun no make up snot on the arms just if your mess and i thought oh my gosh i'm losing myself. I need to do something,” says Margaret.

That's when an Idea became a reality.

"Three Little Birds Boutique" is a place Margaret hopes women can not only find beautiful clothing, but form lasting bonds.

"it's not about the clothes. It's about the woman in the clothes,” she says.

And Margaret has just the perfect eye to help them find the clothes that help them look their best.

"It probably took until I was in middle school until I decided that I wanted to be a girl."

And now she's passing that confidence onto other women and girls through clothing.

"The big thing at the Three Little Bird is when creating this i wanted to make sure i didn't discriminate by age by style and by size and last wallet,” she says.

To see what she's done here especially being a mom of three young kids it's just absolutely amazing and mind blowing to me,” says Faith Athey, a Three Little Birds employee.

Faith Athey considers Margaret not only a boss, but a friend.

"She's probably one of the most inspirational women I've ever met."

Margaret says past experiences made her the woman she is today...and gave her the confidence she's always wanted.

Her advice to other women?

"I would just say that your opinion is the only one that you need to listen to,” says Faith.
