We continue our look at the "New Year, New You" project at Progress Fitness in Dauphin County.
Last month right before Christmas, Progress Fitness kicked off their 12-week campaign to help six Central Pa residents reach their goals of getting in shape.
Ryan Dews and Theresa Nixon join CBS21 Morning News.
Ryan’s three main goals are to increase speed and endurance, increase your muscle mass by 5 -10 pounds and improve strength and agility.
Theresa wants to lose a total of 45 pounds over the course of two years, improve my flexibility and overall cardiovascular health, and eventually become a fitness instructor.
