Progress Fitness in Dauphin County is helping Central PA residents get fit.
We kicked off the fitness center's "New Year, New You" campaign last month.
There are six participants over 12 weeks with different goals, and we're introducing them to you as we continue to track their progress at Progress Fitness.
Frank Kruse’s three main goals are to get back to his pre-surgery fitness level, cut out fast food completely, and to stay on track and keep showing up to fitness classes!
Beryl Kuhr’s three main goals are improving her upper body strength, improving abdominal muscles, and to to see more positive change.
