Winds continue to blow today and the cold remains. Winds chills only in the upper teens. It will be mostly cloudy with a high around freezing.

Light snow began to fall last night, but began to taper off around 4 a.m.

The light snow fall could mean some disruptions for your morning commute, but nothing too drastic. We advise driving carefully as roads will remain a bit slick.

A cold weekend on the way with temperatures below average. We’ll have a hard time getting out the 20s! Temps moderate after Monday.

Keep in mind the risk for frozen pipes will be high with several days at or below freezing and nights in the single digits and teens.

Remember to check on your elderly neighbors and bring your pets indoors!
