A very messy system moves in from the northwest early Friday morning. You'll feel the effects in Mifflin and Juniata Counties first so be careful along Rts. 22/322. Temperatures will be just below 32 allowing for a mix of freezing rain and sleet thru the morning hours. Watch for icy conditions! Allow more time for your morning commute and please slow down. The ADVISORY is mainly for areas north of the turnpike with the main concern being between the hours of 5AM - 9AM. But not just on the roads...Watch for icy spots on sidewalks and around your home!
This is part of a warm front lifting north so the rest of Friday will be cloudy and turning warmer.
Cloudy but very mild on Saturday before some rain showers move in for Sunday.
A soggy start to next week with several chances for showers,
