UPDATE: 2 charged for West York Borough home invasion, police clear 1

West York Borough Police say two people, wanted in connection to a late night home invasion, have turned themselves in.

Police say Derek Miller and Nikki Lartz, turned themselves in on Monday morning.

Miller did not have any active criminal role in the crime, police say. Police say he was at the scene but was cleared of charges.

Police say Nikki Lartz and Craig Jefferson were charged for the home invasion and burglary.

The incident happened around 11:00 p.m. on Sunday in the 1400 block of Monroe Street.

Police say Miller helped remove Jefferson and Lartz from the home following an alleged fight. During the fight, a female victim was assaulted.

Lartz was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, and harassment. Jefferson was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit simple assault, and harassment.
