Time to get your Greek on at annual Greek Fest

It's the one weekend a year where everyone in the Harrisburg area is just a little bit Greek.

The 45th annual Capital Region Greek festival kicks off Friday with food, fun and fellowship.

CBS21 got an inside look at some of the delicious offerings during the festival. For many people, the food is the main draw, with gyros, desserts and dinners abound.

In fact, a group of 60 volunteers begin making the 60,000 pieces of dessert that will be offered during the festival all the way back in early March.

The Greek festival runs from 11 AM to 8 PM Friday and Saturday and 12 PM to 5 PM on Sunday at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Camp Hill. Admission is free.
