Police investigating after 22-year-old shot twice in the leg
LANCASTER, Pa —
Police are investigating after a 22-year-old was shot twice in the leg on Saturday.
The man went to the Emergency Room around 7 p.m. with the wounds, which police say of not life threatening.
Police found shell casings on the ground in the 600 block of St. Joseph Street and a parked, unoccupied car which was "damaged by gunfire."
