Penbrook police arrest second suspect in shooting that left one critically injured

The second suspect in the April 13 shooting that critically injured one man in Penbrook, has turned himself in.

An arrest warrant was out for Genaro Rivera after witnesses allegedly saw him and Dante Thompson beat John Robinson.

Police say the person who intervened in the fight reported hearing a gunshot shortly after and saw Robinson bleeding from his head with a gunshot wound behind his right ear.

Robinson was taken to Hershey Medical Center where he remains in critical condition, according to police.

Thompson turned himself in the day after the shooting last week.
