Remnants of Irma will bring showers to central Pa. today
Harrisburg, Pa. —
FINALLY, SOME RAIN FROM IRMA:
Tonight: Mostly Cloudy with Scattered Showers – Low 59
Wednesday: Cloudy, Scattered Showers – High 77
Thursday: Cloudy with scattered showers - High - 78
Friday: Cloudy with Scattered Showers - High 80
Remnants from Irma will arrive Wednesday in the form of light showers. Won't be much rain. We'll be dry Wednesday evening. A better chance for rain on Thursday. Then clouds and scattered showers will linger into Friday before finally clearing out early Saturday. We aren’t anticipating any major flooding problems as most areas will see less than 2 inches of rain spread out over three days.
STILL WATCHING TROPICS: Hurricane Jose, currently a CAT 1, is forecast to spin in the Atlantic between Bermuda and the Bahamas over the next few days before heading west towards the U.S. East Coast. We will watch him closely this weekend as he may be approaching the Mid-Atlantic coast early next week.
