HARRISBURG, Pa —
The Pennsylvania Senate Education Committee has passed Bill 383.
The bill, which amends an act passed in March of 1949, would give a school district the ability to "establish a policy permitting school personnel access to firearms in the buildings or on the grounds of a school."
The bill has been introduced by Senator Donald White (R-Armstrong).
